Good, clean rooms, quiet, easy access to Paris, excellent internet conection. Though they were many guests it was not busy in the dinnig room.
The lift was not working, but it is a 3 storey building so not a major problem

Night bus close, easy connection to the centre. Nice restaurants within 300m. Parking.
Noisy, when window to the street. Very noisy doors - you every movement of your neighbours. Poor breakfast - only sweet, not single cheese, meat, vegetable or fruit.

The hotel offers clean rooms and daily maintenance, a plus for short stays. The space is quite limited, especially in the bathrooms. It's a suitable choice for families as there are nearby restaurants and transport options for accessing central Paris easily.

The place is exceptionally comfortable and has fab location close to a metro stop which took us directly into Paris. Staff is amiable and you can park your car outside. The units are great-sized with three beds. Would like to go back there again, our stay was really really nice!
No!

Convenient bus stop right outside makes it easy to access the city. Nearby fast-food restaurants and a grocery store provide handy options for meals.
Rooms are cramped, and the bathroom is particularly tight-so much so that you might accidentally turn off the water while trying to wash up. Breakfast selection is repetitive for extended stays, with the same choices of pastries and fruits every day, leaving little variety.

This is good hotel for people who are looking for Value for Money. The rer station is around 10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is 50 mins away from Disney park and 30 mins away from Central Paris, including the walk time from hotel to rer terminal. Overall a good stay.
Rooms are very small, little space to move around, bare minimum facilities in the room.

Wi fi internet connection was fast and good. Rooms were cleaned quite well.
Rooms were too small to be called family rooms. Staff did not speak English well, although that is a common problem in Paris. Breakfast should have been included to the price.

The staff offered some friendly assistance during check-ins.
I was disappointed with the room size. It felt very cramped. The bathroom was particularly tight. The heating was not adjustable, leaving me uncomfortably cold throughout the night.

The hotel is in a good location, with a super market and 2 malls very close. If you want to be close to the city center, this is not the hotel for you, however you can get to the center of Paris in less than an hour taking the commuter train which is a short walk from the hotel.
There was a lot of noise at night, and the person at the desk was always working alone, so they could never leave the desk to do anything.

Premiere Classe is better than its competitor Formula 1 (motel under Accor brand). Premiere Classe Rosny Sous Bois is not in the small Paris, but easy to go there by car. A shopping center and public transport (RER) are in walking distance. It is easy to Disneyland and Val d'Europe brands village and to CDG airport.
sound insulation is not good. Lift does not work well. smoking smells spread in the hotel.

The friendly night staff made our late check-in smooth despite cash-only payment. The clean shower was a refreshing bonus after busy days exploring nearby restaurants and using public transport to reach Paris.

The positive note is the proximity to the Villepinte fair.

The price.
Very small. too small. the bathroom is barely large enough for 1 person. the room is large enough for about 1 person to stand up and be doing something. everyone else must sit on the bed. im not even overeggsaterating. the hotel was so difficult to get back to after your day in paris. its too far in the suburbs. there is no fridge, no ice machine. the hotel didnt have a phone...so when we got lost, we could call and get directions.
